Year 12/13 Workshop - The World Is Your Oyster
This workshop is suitable for:
- Year 12/13 England
- S5/6 Scotland
- Year 13/14 Northern Ireland
DURATION OF WORKSHOP: Approximately 1 hour
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
This workshop is designed to help students understand the need to take
charge of their lives and know where they are going and how they are getting
there. Students are taught about visualisation and the use of vision boards
to help them achieve their goals for the future. This workshop aims to
motivate students to achieve the most out of their lives and be the best
they can be. This workshop will also teach these students about the power
of their minds in making their lives better, happier and more successful.
The world truly is their oyster!
The World is Your Oyster aims to help students: -
- Feel motivated through discussion and feel more inspired to achieve more with their lives.
- Raise the bar on what they want to achieve, the higher you aim, the more you achieve!
- Develop an understanding of visualisation and how they can use vision boards in their lives to help them focus and achieve their dreams.
- Understand that every action or inaction they make will have a direct consequence to their future encouraging them to take responsibility for their lives.
- Feel motivated and inspired filled with hope for their future.
- Develop an understanding of Positive Thinking.
FLEXIBILITY
Small Steps to Success fully appreciates that schools all work differently
therefore we are willing to be flexible with schools depending on their
specific wants and needs.
Travelling expenses will be charged at 40p per mile.
